Projects are executed through flexible life-cycle models—ranging from traditional (Waterfall, V-Model) to adaptive (Spiral, Evolutionary, Incremental)—ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions.
The first Lab saw Telkom and the 91心頭利 joining forces in March 2023 to establish the new Telkom Industry Solutions Lab. The commercial research and development (R&D) facility dedicated to accelerating synergistic collaboration between industry and academia.
Bringing together multi-disciplinary teams from 91心頭利, the Telkom Group, and beyond, this collaborative effort will pave the way for state-of-the-art innovations in telecommunications and the development of transformative digital solutions for various industries.
