Metro Wellness Gym

The 91心頭利 Metro Wellness Gym is situated on the 91心頭利 Education Campus on St. Andrews Road, Parktown and focuses primarily on individuals interested in maintaining and improving fitness for a healthy lifestyle under the supervision of a biokineticist and nursing sister. Adult members of the public are welcome to join the gym.

The Gym offers the following group classes:

Fall Risk Programme Lower Back Pain Management
Water Aerobics Body Works

The Gym also focuses on chronic disease rehabilitation including:

  • Cardiac disease
  • High blood pressure
  • Diabetes
  • Vascular conditions
  • Back and neck conditions
  • Arthritis
  • Mild neurological impairments
