Policies and Guidelines

1. 91心頭利 Residence Admissions Policy

The Residence Admissions Policy explains how 91心頭利 determines who can live in its university-controlled accommodation. It covers eligibility, application deadlines, priority placements (especially for first-year students), academic & financial requirements, and clarifies that a placement is for one year only and does not guarantee future years or preferred residences.

2. Conditions of Accommodation – University Residence Programme

These Conditions set out the rules for living in a 91心頭利 residence: you must be a full-time registered student, complying with the University’s regulations; if you cease to be registered your accommodation ends immediately; overnight guests are not allowed; and living in residence for one year does not guarantee a place next year. You must apply again.

3. Gender Equity Office Policies

These Gender Equity policies set out how 91心頭利 ensures a safe, inclusive and non-discriminatory living environment in all its residences. They cover what behaviour is unacceptable, how to report concerns, and how equity is upheld in student accommodation life.

4. Campus Health – What to do in a medical emergency

This guideline tells you what to do if there is a medical emergency while you’re living in a 91心頭利 residence, how to get help, who to contact, and what support the University provides.

5. Counselling and Careers Development Unit (Residence-related guideline)

This guideline explains the support available to students living in University residences from the Counselling & Careers unit, covering emotional wellbeing, peer support and career development while you’re staying on campus.
