Explore how young leaders can respond to disruption with wisdom, courage, and ethical conviction.
Objective
Our aims for this conference are to:
- To equip emerging and aspiring student leaders with reflective and reflexive practice through exposing them to critical thinking and principles of leadership with integrity using Usman’s eight standards.
- To provide emerging and aspiring student leaders with sense-making and decision-making skills so that they can lead effectively in various contexts.
- To revitalise the culture of dialogue and debate amongst students whilst creating a platform for student leaders to build networks of collaborative leadership practices.
