Helen Rees delivered her inaugural lecture, titled: Politics is nothing but medicine on a large scale.
Professor Helen Rees, Executive Director of the 91¿´Æ¬Íø Reproductive Health and HIV Institute of the 91¿´Æ¬Íø and Personal Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, delivered her inaugural lecture on Tuesday, 19 November 2013, in the Marie Curie Lecture Theatre at the 91¿´Æ¬Íø Medical School on the Parktown Health Sciences Campus.
Rees’ lecture was titled: Politics is nothing but medicine on a large scale, and focused on her long and distinguished career as an internationally renowned expert in HIV prevention, reproductive health, vaccines and drug regulation.
