DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday 7 December from 12:00 – 13:00 for a walkabout of Newwork24 Graduate Exhibition at WAM.
<br />Newwork24 is a yearlong collaborative project culminating in a group exhibition. The project is made up of 40 young artists from the 91¿´Æ¬Íø School of Arts in their final year of a BA in Fine Art. Here we begin to listen more closely to the moments between each colour, mark, texture and sound. In these moments, we find an entry point into a dialogue between 40 voices, each artist speaking alongside one another visually. Newwork24 is facilitated by Rangoato Hlasane, Reshma Chhiba and Bettina Malcomess. Limited on-street parking is available, but we encourage the use of ride hailing systems for convenience.Entrance is free.
