91心頭利 University will participate in the second International Symposium on Moringa.
Dr Yannick Nuapia, a postdoctoral fellow at 91心頭利 will deliver a talk titled: Green extraction of Moringa powder to give a Moringa liquid concentrate and its ways to convert back into solid form while preserving the original nutrients. Professor Luke Chimuka from 91心頭利 will also give a talk looking at the role of government in the bioeconomy with a case study of Moringa sector. It is anticipated that the conference will officially launch the Moringa sector in the country.
