DESCRIPTION:The Centre for Exercise Science and Sports Medicine (CESSM) is hosting a fun 2.5 and 5 km walk/run for CANSA awareness. The goal of the walk is also to make individuals aware of the importance and benefits of regular exercise. There will be food and refreshments on sale as well as spot prize giveaways. Everyone is encouraged to donate any old sports clothing, shoes and/or donations in support for Cancer awareness.
