Video: Professor Adam Habib wishes students well as they begin their online learning journey.
Habib speaks on social justice and the inequalities in our society and elaborates on to mobile computing devices, access to data and free access to 91¿´Æ¬Íø’ library and learning management systems and sites.
He elaborates on the 5 000 laptops that are being delivered to students who are disadvantaged and the (at no cost to students) on any of the four major networks for one month from 20 April 2020, in order to kick-start the online learning process.
Habib also explains why it is important to complete the academic programme and encourages students to rise to the challenge and to defeat the effects of the pandemic through online learning. He concludes by saying that 91¿´Æ¬Íø University is ready to support students and to walk this journey together.
